Sales Development Rep

Full-time

The Sales Development Rep (SDR) will initiate, qualify and close new registrations for our public sales workshops The SDR will create demand for our workshops within a prioritized target market, leveraging a compelling value proposition. They will also engage inbound marketing qualified leads to sales qualify and close.

The SDR is accountable for generating sales for our monthly / quarterly sales workshops for (i) Sales Managers (ii) Sales People and (iii) Sales Development Representatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a desire to develop their professional selling skills and must be a fit for our entrepreneurial, team-based culture.

responsibilities

1.     Quota Attainment – “hunter” mentality, will meet / exceed monthly / quarterly sales objectives.

2.     Territory Planning – will develop and document strategies to build pipeline of leads within defined target prospects.

3.     Demand Generation – will create demand for In the Funnel Workshops within a defined territory.

4.     Lead and Progress the sales strategy – will drive the sales process through to completion.

5.     Weekly Reporting and Funnel Management – will complete all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with In the Funnel’s forecasting cadence.
