MARKETING COORDINATOR

(FULL-TIME Remote)

We’re looking for a tech-savvy intern with a flair for words, an analytical mindset, an eye for design and a hunger to learn! The Marketing Coordinator will conduct marketing research, implement and track campaigns for social media, data entry and email content, as well as handling some administrative duties.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
You will be working closely with, and reporting directly to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Social Media Management – assist in managing online communities across multiple platforms (responding to comments, instigating conversations etc.), and publishing content.

Reporting & Analytics – responsible for tracking and updating our KPI dashboard with metrics from social media, emails, ads and websites using a CRM/marketing automation platform to drive leads.
Research – digging up deadly industry facts to deploy in marketing materials.

Admin & Event planning – managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, assisting with/participating in on-line workshops & training (until physical workshops are permitted)

Passion Project – you will be given the opportunity to pitch a “passion project” in the form of a social media campaign - to demonstrate how it aligns with In The Funnel’s growth goals and we’ll help you bring it to life!

Who You Are
Recent graduate or fourth year university student.
Good grasp of social media, marketing automation, analytical skills
Excellent written and communications skills.
Nice to haves: CRM experience, an understanding of data analytics, basic proficiency with graphic design.
